Stereotypes are preconceived notions that limit people and give them responsibilities that are not suited to their capabilities, as we all know. whether they are about sex, appearance, or culture, they are dangerous and reductive. They can harm the people they target, especially if they are unintentionally spread through favorite traditions and the internet.

We analyzed 1424 jokes that were posted on Facebook and whatsapp during this time, and we grouped them according to their topics. The majority of them were negative, with 508 of them centered on female. We discovered that the majority of the jokes were rooted in myths about Egyptian women and that they were frequently inadvertent but still deleterious to women’s respect.
